In order to be successful, DiD’s new “Something Extra” campaign needed to appeal to two audiences: potential clients and new hires. We needed to create something memorable to stand out in the highly-competitive Philadelphia healthcare market.
Meet Extra Something.
To introduce Extra Something to DiD employees, a series of short films was produced and debuted before the company’s holiday party. Extra Something even had the opportunity to meet its coworkers later that evening at the party.
Extra Something is active on Instagram, engaging with coworkers and potential new hires in a fun and memorable way.
